๐Ÿก House rules

Please treat the home with the same care as your own. You are responsible for excessive damage, and we ask you to use the garbage bins and leave the house respectfully.

  • Pool cleaning is usually every 4-5 days around 7 PM. We will contact you before arriving.
  • You may use the pool robot carefully whenever needed.
  • Outdoor umbrellas must be lowered when not in use and every night.
  • Grass sprinklers and the pool light turn on automatically.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • Pets are allowed.

Included: one towel set per person and linen for the required beds.

Not included: daily cleaning, linen changes, food, extra amenities, and luggage valet service.

๐Ÿ“บ TV & things to use

The living-room TV has an Android box with channels, series, and movies. Open XCIPTV to watch TV content.

Netflix, HBO, YouTube, and similar apps are available. You may sign in with your own account; if you forget to sign out, we will do it after your stay.

For activities at the house, you can use adult and children's bikes, table tennis, darts, pool equipment, and various balls.

Most institutions, schools, and many businesses are closed on Croatian public holidays. Restaurants and cafes can usually operate, while shops and supermarkets have limited Sunday and holiday openings.
